Week 4 Discussion for CIS105

The online storage tool I choose for Week 4 Discussion assignment for CIS105 (Intro to Information Systems) is OneDrive.

I learned how easy it is to create a folder, create documents, upload pictures, files, and more on the browser. OneDrive is convenient and easy to use, especially if you don’t have the money for updated software and/or a computer. You can even create a code to Embed documents or folder information into a blog or a web page for people to view (see example blog below).

OneDrive gives you the option of editing documents in the browser or on the desktop. Create and store files on the web, print to PDF, and share with other people. OneDrive lets you to create documents via Word Online, PowerPoint Online, Excel Online, and more. It is so convenient, you can create and store documents via your smartphone or tablet. All files can be downloaded to your computer. The site is user-friendly and requires little or no maintenance. The only requirement is Wi-Fi or Internet access.

Finally, OneDrive is free to use. No need to purchase software, purchase a new computer, or upgrade an old computer.
